Clearly the gentlemen must pay for the escort expenses (e.g. dinner, theater etc.) and have to pay for her "time" also?

Does not make much sense for me, as I can always invite a female friend for company (excluding sex), as we will both enjoy each others company and hip, and I will pay for the expenses.

In other words, what is the purpose of your post if you don´t give more specific information, such as tariff for being a companion, and what type of men are you lookig for??? Do you travel around Spain???

Ahora resulta que hay que pagar su tiempo y todos los gastos para luego no mojar.
Para eso la mayoria solo tenemos que abrir nuestras agendas, y sin pagar por el tiempo, no me jodas!!!

Yes ..if you are not alone you don´t need it....ok....I think would be for travellers and other kind of person...and there are people that for example are for bussines in other city and if they have enough money they can to spend a night 2 o 3 hours go out ...and only sex with others persons or escorts too...but they are people with high level of life!!!
